Drone footage showed wide-scale destruction of multi-story buildings in the ravaged Libyan city of Derna, in the aftermath of the deadliest storm to hit the country in decades. Thousands of people are feared to have died after two dams above Derna broke on Sept. 10, bringing down residential blocks lining a usually dry river bed as people slept.
