Ipinapa-subpoena ng Senado ang isang Atty. Anthony Abad na siyang nakalagay sa petition form sa pangongolekta ng lagda para sa People’s Initiative upang amyendahan ang Saligang Batas.

Batay naman sa impormasyong nakarating sa komite, kasalukuyang nasa ibang bansa si Abad.
