China on Friday (June 28) urged the United States to stop tolerating and supporting /”provocations/” by the Philippines, after Deputy Secretary of State Kurt Campbell expressed concern about Beijing’s /”destabilising actions in the South China Sea/”. Campbell made the remarks to China’s Vice Foreign Minister Ma Zhaoxu during a telephone call on Thursday (June 27), the U.S. State Department said.
