“On the funds, the central bank [Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas] has already remitted to the national government some P31.2 billion and the Landbank also has already authorized the remittance of another P50 [billion] so that’s easily around P80 billion. We’re just waiting for the IRR before we can transfer that to the fund,” payahag naman ng kalihim tungkol sa seed capital nito.
