Israeli government spokesperson Raquela Karamson said on Thursday (April 4) Israel would adjust tactics in the Gaza war after killing seven aid workers in an air strike that the military has described as an operational accident. Israeli army spokesperson Daniel Hagari said on Thursday (April 4) that an investigators’ report into the killing of aid workers in an Israeli air strike in Gaza on Monday is ready, that it was shown to the Chief of Staff, it would then be presented to the Prime Minister the Defence Minister and then to the World Central Kitchen (WCK) who lost 7 staff members in the attack.
