Footage captured on Tuesday (April 9) showed huge waves crashing over a seawall in Saint-Malo, France, flooding a street as passers-by watched on. Weather warnings were issued across Brittany from Monday (April 8), upon reports Storm Pierrick would bring strong winds to the region.
