CCTV footage showed maternity staff securing newborn babies in cots during an earthquake in Taiwan on Wednesday (April 3), which killed 10 people and injured over 1,000. Meanwhile, rescuers continue to search for trapped and injured civilians. Firefighters also said their workers found a dead body in the rubble on a hiking trail near the entrance to a gorge on Thursday in Hualien, a day after the quake.
