Inilabas ng Metro Manila Council (MMC) ng resolusyon na nagmamandato sa mga local government unit (LGU) na agahan ang working hours ng mga manggagawa nila mula 7AM hanggang 4PM, mula sa 8AM hanggang 5PM.

Sinabi naman ni MMDA Chair Romando Artes na hindi agad sa April 15 ang implementasyon nito at pag-uusapan pa ito ng MMC. Sinagot din ni Artes ang mga concern lalo na sa transportasyon papunta sa mga opisina ng mga LGU.
