A group of migrants avalanched on Monday (September 18) to force their access into a Mexican refugee station at the border with Guatemala leaving two people wounded, the Mexico’s Commission for Refugee Assistance (Comar) informed. Almost 2,000 migrants were assisted by Mexican authorities on Tuesday (September 19) mostly from Haiti, Cuba, and Honduras. The same number of applicants were expected to be received on Wednesday (September 20), according to Comar.
