Dubbed /”The Cruiser of the Andes/” and created by renowned indigenous architect Freddy Mamani, the luxurious building full of patterns and original shapes includes multiple private ballrooms, a hotel and a signature cuisine restaurant, as well as its eye-catching boat-shaped lookout.
