Muli na namang nakaranas ng pangha-harass ng Chinese Coast Guard (CCG) ang Philippine Coast Guard kasama ang Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources #BFAR sa katubigan ng Rozul Reef na nasa Exclusive Economic Zone #EEZ ng Pilipinas, April 4.

Maglalagay sana ang sasakyang pandagat ng Pilipinas ng floating aggregate device (payao) nang dumating ang dalawang vessel ng CCG at nagpakita na naman ng agresibong aksyon laban sa barko ng Pilipinas.
