North Korean leader Kim Jong Un arrived in Russia’s Primorsky Krai on Tuesday, according to Russian media. Upon his arrival on Tuesday morning, Kim was welcomed by Alexander Kozlov, Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of Russia and Primorsky Krai Governor, Oleg Kozhemyako, at a local train station.
