Rep. Gonzales, nagbitiw sa PDP-Laban bago banggitin si dating pangulong Duterte sa House reso delibs

Sa pagnanais na maitala sa rekord ng Kamara ang konteksto kung bakit ipapagtibay ang House Resolution No. 1414, tinanong ni Albay Rep. Edcel Lagman kina Senior Deputy Majority Leader Rep. Sandro Marcos at Pampanga Rep. Dong Gonzales kung sino ang nagsabing /”pinakabulok na institusyon/” sa bansa ang House of Representatives sa isang TV interview noong Oktubre.

/”I am asking this question not to question the resolution but to give it some anchorage,/” ani Lagman kay Gonzales. /”Why is the name of that accuser so sacrosanct that we cannot mention it before this body?/”

Ngunit bago banggitin ni Gonzales sa plenaryo ang pangalan ng dating pangulo, na chairman din ng partidong PDP-Laban, nagbitiw siya bilang miyembro at opisyal ng partido.
