Tinapos kaagad ni Albay Rep. Edcel Lagman ang kaniyang interpelasyon sa panukalang budget ng Office of the President para sa taong 2024 dahil hindi masagot ni Deputy Speaker at ACT-CIS Party-list Rep. Erwin Tulfo na siyang sponsor ng budget ang kaniyang mga tanong.

Makikitang dismayado si Rep. Lagman sa mga sagot ni Rep. Tulfo tungkol sa pag-apruba ng OP sa hiling na confidential funds ng Office of the Vice President noong 2022. Nauna nang iniulat ni 2nd District Marikina City Rep. Stella Quimbo na ginamit lang sa loob ng 11 araw ng OVP ang P125 milyon CIF nito noong nakaraang taon.

Matatandaang walang appropriations para sa confidential fund ng opisina ng bise presidente.
