UST Growling Tigers will miss the Final Four for the third consecutive year after absorbing a 67-59 defeat against the Ateneo Blue Eagles on Wednesday, November 8 at the Araneta Coliseum.

They remain at the bottom of the UAAP Season 86 standings at 1-10. Despite this, the Growling Tigers are determined to finish the season strong.

UST will face National University, University of the Philippines, and Far Eastern University next.
