Sen. Ronald dela Rosa on Wednesday dared former Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV to serve the arrest warrant he claimed would be issued by the International Criminal Court by June or July this year.

Dela Rosa pointed out the ICC has no police powers, and that President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has vowed he wouldn’t cooperate with the tribunal.
