Ayon kay Department of Justice (DOJ) Assistant Secretary Mico Clavano, sinisugurado ng ahensya na nasusunod ang due process sa mga naturang kaso.

/”Again, with these things, we just have to stay patient – these things don’t happen overnight,” ani Clavano.
