WATCH: Netizen Anne Paula Pagtolon-an captured the hearts of many with a heartwarming TikTok video, posted on Monday, April 22, of a local riding service driver’s act of kindness, as he offered a free ride to a handicapped man.
‘The ‘Move It’ rider recognized him as one of his customers before and offered to take him where he was going at that time for free,’ Paula said to Manila Bulletin.
