Kuwento ng operator na si Elisa Malubay, napilitan lang siyang pumasok sa transport cooperative, pero nangangamba siya na mawalan ng trabaho kapag hindi na pinagamit ang mga jeep.
Kabilang si Malubay sa grupong nagprotesta kasabay ng 3-day transport strike laban sa consolidation at public utility vehicle modernization program.
Ayon sa Department of Transportation, hindi pa agad-agad ituturing na kolorum ang mga jeep na hindi nagpa-consolidate sa paglipas ng palugit.
Natitiyak naman ang Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board na maaabot nila ang 80 percent consolidation rate ng mga jeep sa buong bansa.
