A ‘Puppy Prom’ celebrating rescued dogs attracted many animal lovers to the event in North Park, San Diego on Saturday (May 18), keen to find out who is the prom king and queen. The pooches, dressed up to the nines and accompanied by their owners, arrived at the prom organised by the Helen Woodward Animal Center – a rescue and adoption group. The event, in its 10th iteration, brings together adopted alumni and their devoted humans, highlighting the joy of animal rescue through a fun-filled reunion and a festive fashion competition.
