As expected, House Speaker Martin Romualdez was designated as the caretaker of Cavite’s 4th district during plenary session Tuesday night, April 30.

The particular district, which represents Dasmariñas City, was vacated by Rep. Elpidio /”Pidi/” Barzaga Jr. following his death over the weekend.
