Nagdeklara na ng state of calamity sa bayan ng Surallah, South Cotabato dahil sa tumitinding init at tagtuyot na dulot ng El Niño. Ayon sa Office of Municipal Agriculturist ng Surallah, nasa P71 milyon na ang pinsala sa agrikultura sa nasabing bayan.
