A fire broke out in a commercial area in Pedro Gil, Paco, Manila on Saturday night, April 20. The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said the fire was initially raised to the first alarm at 8:02 p.m. and immediately escalated it to the fifth alarm at 8:37 p.m.
