Ayon sa DepEd-Iloilo, ang mga guro ay inatake sa sakit sa kani-kanilang mga bahay noong mga buwan ng Pebrero at Marso ngayong taon. Aneurysm at hypertensive cardiovascular disease ang itinuturong dahilan ng pagkamatay ng dalawa.
